  • Product must include original packaging, invoice, certificates and tags.
  • Product must show no signs of damage, alteration, or use.

Ratnanjali reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery
  • Engraved products
  • Gift cards or vouchers

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.

Inspection of Returned Products

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it meets eligibility conditions.

If the product passes inspection, the refund or exchange will be processed. If not, Ratnanjali reserves the right to reject the return and ship the product back to the customer.

Refund Policy

After approval of the return, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund credited to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund issued via bank transfer.

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • Another product of equal or higher value (price difference payable if applicable)

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Ratnanjali will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return and handled according to this policy.
